Adam Grey

Adam brings 15 years of experience in manufacturing, lean management, and business strategy, with an MBA focused on digital marketing and business development. Before co-founding Frontier, he was the CEO of a nutraceuticals manufacturing company in the UK, where he led marketing and sales, distribution (B2B and B2C), product development, and operations. His expertise includes digital transformation, regulatory navigation in European and U.S. markets, and customer sentiment in service-driven businesses. 

Adam has worked with healthcare, industrial, and tech clients across the European Union, the UK, the Asia-Pacific region, and the U.S., helping them refine their market positioning and improve operational efficiencies. He is the Frontier lead for business strategy, quantitative data and analysis.

Taylor Brown

Taylor has 10 years of experience in market research and strategy consulting in the healthcare and life sciences, education, and consumer-services sectors. With an MPP from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin and an MA in International Business from Syracuse University, Taylor has worked extensively in European and North and South American markets, conducting customer journey analysis, GTM strategy, and VOC research for global industrial manufacturers, large hospital systems, and consumer brands.

Her expertise in ethnographic research makes her particularly skilled at mapping patient and consumer behavior to drive data-backed growth strategies. She speaks three languages and leads the Frontier qualitative research team.
